By submitting this application, I/we hereby apply for membership to the Ponder Cove Beach Club, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as PCBC). I/we hereby agree to abide by all rules, by-laws and restrictions, etc., of the PCBC. Non-compliance with rules, regulations and bylaws of said PCBC may cause member to forfeit their rights and privileges in PCBC.

The owner or owners of said lots and building sites shall pay such dues as are levied by the Board of Directors for the purpose of maintenance and improvement of beach facilities.
